About the role
As
Head of Marketing & Brand
, you'll sit on the Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of both Little Green Rooms and WorkRoom. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strategic edge: from defining our group marketing strategy and growth plans to managing our agency partners and identifying new opportunities across both sectors.
You'll lead all brand, marketing, and communications activity across both businesses, working closely with Sales, Operations, and Design to drive performance and ensure alignment to business goals. You'll be responsible for turning ambition into action, and for making sure every touchpoint reflects our purpose, people and high standards.
Develop and implement a unified marketing roadmap aligned to revenue targets, product launches and brand positioning
Lead the development and delivery of a marketing and brand strategy that drives business growth, brand reach and long-term impact across Little Green Rooms and WorkRoom
Act as a strategic marketing voice within the SLT, contributing to business planning, growth opportunities, and creative direction
Identify evolving business needs and determine where agency or specialist support is required -- overseeing onboarding, budget and performance management of all external partners
Manage and mentor a small in-house marketing team
Deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, social, web and SEO -- and continuously optimise for lead quality and cost effectiveness
Use insights and data to track and improve performance: lead conversion, showroom visits, brand awareness, and more
Own our digital platforms and tools, including CRM, Google Analytics, paid media, and conversion tracking -- ensuring campaigns are well-optimised and measurable
Shape tone, visual identity, content and storytelling across both brands -- from campaign messaging to brochures, photography and copy
Support internal communications and employer branding as our teams growNo two days are the same and you'll have the space to shape how marketing looks and feels across our growing group of companies.
About you
A seasoned marketer with senior-level experience; ideally as a Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or Creative Director within a purpose-led agency, creative, or product-based business
Experienced in developing and delivering brand and growth strategies across multi-brand or group structures
Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels; from boardroom to briefing decks
A natural collaborator and team leader, with proven experience managing both people and agencies
A strong communicator and creative thinker - able to balance data, storytelling and design
Commercially aware, comfortable managing budgets, and focused on ROI
Values-driven, with a commitment to sustainability, inclusivity, and doing things differently
