We are looking for an experienced
Head of Marketing and Brand
, in charge of being the quality keeper of our brand awareness and consistency.
In particular you will be tasked with
Researching, planning, and developing
high-quality, brand-led thought leadership content to inspire and inform potential clients who align with Sell Beyond's target audience, focusing on
brand awareness strategies
;
Delivery
of high-quality thought leadership
newsletters, blogs, podcasts, video explainers/reels, photography, graphic design, and other supporting content
on email, LinkedIn, YouTube etc., to inspire and inform our audience. Build strong relationships with internal teams from copywriting, graphic design, video editing, account management, business analysis, and external suppliers.
Project management:
Ensure the team's time is planned, they have smooth workflows and can collaborate efficiently. Work with team members to define how marketing projects can be executed in terms of approach, techniques and workflow. Discuss and action trade-offs between production timings, quality, and business requirements. Manage and deliver multiple marketing projects within agreed budget and deadlines.

coordinate the development and oversee the creative vision
for Sell Beyond & CEO Heloise Finch brands, collaborating with our internal teams, and
ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual identity across all channels

Developing and executing
lead-generation strategies
through various channels, including
online marketing, video, social media, networking events, and CRM
, generating high-quality leads for premium products in niche markets.
Spot warning signs
of things going wrong, and provide recommendations or identify the correct point for escalation, to alleviate delivery challenges
Required skills
Quality-driven, structured, completer-finisher
who has strong stakeholder management skills and a good eye for compelling copy and attention-grabbing video
5+ years experience delivering
creative digital projects
in marketing or a digital agency, with an
understanding of design processes and creative workflows
across copywriting, graphic design, video, social - with experience using Monday.com for project delivery and HubSpot for client engagements
Excellent organizational skills
and the ability to manage and build trust with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset
with the ability to analyze, integrate, and present data from HubSpot, and other tools, to monitor activities' success and insights.
Experience in PR or influencer marketing
Skills we'd like you to have
Understanding of another B2B professional services/consulting market outside the UK, ideally France, Germany, Spain, or Italy with proven experience and relevant language skills.
Experience working with the Amazon sales channel (not just as a consumer!)
