Competitive with benefits (negotiable)We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead strategy and execution for a multi-site automotive group based in Southampton.
This senior role is responsible for managing all marketing activity across our network of dealerships. You will lead a small team, work closely with senior management and help drive customer growth, brand visibility and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels Manage campaigns, budgets and performance reporting Oversee brand, digital, content and customer engagement initiatives Align marketing activity with wider business and sales objectives
Requirements
Proven senior marketing experience within a multi-site or retail environment Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM and campaign management Confident leadership and project management skills Experience in the motor industry is desirable but not essential
