Head of Marketing
to lead and elevate our marketing strategy, execution, and ROI across the Group.
This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who combines strategic oversight with technical depth, particularly in
PPC, SEO, and data-led marketing
. The successful candidate will take full ownership of our demand generation engine - working across multiple businesses and markets - and be responsible for driving qualified lead flow at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement end-to-end B2B marketing
strategy
across the Group, with a focus on measurable ROI
Own and optimise PPC and SEO performance, aligning strategy and execution to business growth targets
Manage, mentor and coordinate a skilled internal marketing team comprising: Content Specialist, Landing Page & Automation Expert, PPC Specialist and an AI Automation Specialist
Manage external agencies and partners to ensure alignment with campaign KPIs and delivery standards
Develop and monitor performance dashboards, reporting regularly to senior leadership on KPIs, CPL, conversion rates and lead quality
Oversee the production of high-quality assets, content, landing pages, and automated workflows to support each stage of the marketing funnel
Ensure full alignment between brand positioning, marketing messaging and lead generation efforts
Use a data-driven, test-and-learn approach to improve channel performance and funnel efficiency
Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to align marketing with commercial objectives and new growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Minimum
10 years of B2B marketing experience
, with a strong focus on lead generation and commercial growth
Proven track record of scaling inbound and outbound campaigns through
PPC, SEO, and marketing automation
Hands-on experience managing six-figure digital budgets and delivering results under tight CPL and CPA targets
Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and optimisation levers across each stage
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple units concurrently
Strong analytical and reporting capability - confident using data to guide decision-making and measure impact
Comfortable being both strategic and operational - able to think at the 10,000-foot view and execute at ground level
Tech Stack & Tools
Familiarity with or experience using:
Ontraport, HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel or similar CRMs
Multiple Paid Digital Advertising Channels
AI Content Generation, Automation and Integration tools - both coding and low code
SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console
GA4, Looker Studio or similar analytics dashboards

The role is being advertised as hybrid and will require weekly travel to our offices in London. The ideal candidate would be full-time, but we are open to part-time options for the right candidate.
