WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing (12-month maternity cover) to lead a team of eight marketing and content professionals within our UK eCommerce portfolio. This includes flagship exhibitions such as eCommerce Expo, Technology for Marketing, and Parcel & Post Expo, as well as the UK eCommerce Association (IMRG) -- a membership body connecting UK retailers and solution providers through in-person and virtual events, research, and industry insights.
Reporting to the Portfolio Managing Director, you will deliver strong marketing performance to attract visitors, exhibitors, and sponsors. You will oversee marketing and conference content strategies, empower your team to succeed, and collaborate with central teams on data and technology best practices.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven background in B2B events marketing and content, combining strong leadership skills with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
