As we continue to grow, we are looking to bring key business functions in-house, including Marketing and Creative Content. The successful candidate will be solely responsible for managing all aspects of marketing and creative output. This includes strategy, design, content creation, and execution, rather than delegating to an internal team or external agency. This role requires a hands-on, highly self-sufficient individual who is confident in owning projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-funnel marketing campaigns and act as brand guardian. Design print and digital assets; manage and update the company website. Plan, shoot and edit photography and video content. Manage and grow social media profiles with engaging content. Lead SEO initiatives and optimise website performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years in senior marketing, design, or content roles, with a proven ability to work independently. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite; competent in WordPress and SEO tools. Skilled in professional photography and video production. Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills. Portfolio required showcasing marketing campaigns, graphic design, and photo/video work.
