To help us capitalise on that success, we are now looking for an experienced Head of Marketing and CRM that shares our values and ambition to enable our students to achieve their potential. We are open to applications from inside and outside the sector, but regardless of your current role, you will be a passionate marketeer with a proven experience of delivering high impact marketing, who can help us offer an outstanding applicant journey through CRM.
The Head of Marketing and CRM reports to the Director of Marketing Communications and will form part of the Directorate leadership team working closely with the Head of Web and Digital Marketing, and the Associate Director of Communications to develop and deliver the marketing, communications and conversion plans for the University.
Key responsibilities include:
CRM Strategy and Management: Oversea the design and execution of CRM strategies to foster deep relationships with enquirers, applicants and stakeholders. Implement personalised communication and engagement through the applicant journey, ensuring a personalised experience across all touch points.
Lead Generation: Responsible for lead generation through innovative, high impact marketing campaigns.
Data Driven decision making: Utilise analytics and student data to track performance of all marketing and CRM campaigns, ensuring maximum engagement and ROI.
Team Leadership: Lead, manage and mentor the marketing team with responsibility for International and home student marketing/CRM.
Cross institution collaboration: Work in partnership with teams outside the Directorate including Student Recruitment, Admissions, Student Services and Faculties/Academic Schools to align marketing and CRM strategies to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Manage external agencies and partners: Work closely with the University's media agency on campaign development and media buying to achieve innovation in marketing, value for money and ROI. Work collaboratively with ICT business partners on management of our CRM supplier to ensure it meets the needs of the University and enhances conversion.
Marketing and CRM Budget: Oversee the marketing and CRM budget ensuring resources are carefully managed within budget and effectively allocated across campaigns and initiatives to drive measurable results.
