Head of Marketing, EMEA








Join The DDC Group's expanding global team as the Head of Marketing, EMEA. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead our marketing efforts across the region and make a significant impact on our growth and success.





As the Head of Marketing EMEA, you will lead and execute marketing strategies across various verticals to support business growth. By understanding consumer behaviours, you will identify challenges, understand how tech-led BPM solutions can help, and analyse how they evaluate BPM vendors. Your ability to craft targeted campaigns will position The DDC Group as the preferred brand among ideal customer profiles. Collaborating with Chief Business Officers and the regional Chief Growth Officer, you will drive measurable results.





Reporting to the Group Chief Marketing Officer, you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with company objectives and support Business Unit Sales in client retention, market expansion, and revenue growth. Leading the regional marketing team and working with cross-functional teams, you will drive the growth and visibility of The DDC Group's solutions and brand in the EMEA region and globally. Your efforts will be crucial in establishing and growing recognition of The DDC Group as the top business process solution provider in EMEA-centric sectors.





This role is a permanent full-time position offered on a hybrid basis. You will work from home but must have the flexibility to travel. This includes attending events and conferences both in the UK and abroad, with occasional overnight stays. Travel costs will be covered by The DDC Group, except when traveling to our UK HQ in Worksop.




Key Responsibilities:




Driving growth and visibility of The DDC Group's solutions and brand proposition. Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for all verticals, aligning with BU sales goals, including branding, demand generation, lead engagement, customer acquisition, and retention. Designing and executing campaigns that align The DDC Group's business objectives with BU goals and market trends. Setting clear goals and objectives for all marketing programs, projects, and campaigns, ensuring alignment with The DDC Group and BU/Growth goals. Maintaining and enhancing brand presence across the region, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications. Collaborating with regional DM and agencies to create a content strategy that resonates with target audiences and supports lead generation and thought leadership objectives. Managing regional digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid media advertising campaigns.

Monitoring and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

Driving MQL generation through targeted campaigns, events, webinars, and other initiatives.

Working closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts effectively support sales goals and drive MQLs to the SQL phase.



What do you need?




Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Proven expertise in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns within the business process management or related industry, and extensive experience in regional B2B strategies.

Proficiency an additional EMEA-relevant language isn't required but would be advantageous.

A solid background in CRM (preferably HubSpot) and project management platforms (preferably Asana) is needed. Proven track record of managing new and paid media accounts for B2B platforms, and be adept at tracking and optimizing content marketing, new media, and paid KPIs.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach, adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating diverse professionals.

Exceptional interpersonal communicator, effective in collaborating with cross-functional teams and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Excellent written communicator, skilled in crafting compelling messages for various audiences.

Proficient project manager, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Experienced in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, media databases, wire platforms, marketing automation, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.

Knowledgeable about new and paid media platforms, understanding their features and functionalities for B2B brands.

Creative thinker passionate about innovation and continuous improvement, staying current with new concepts and models.

Resourceful, self-motivated, and enthusiastic, dedicated to providing optimal marketing solutions for the BUs and The DDC Group global brand.

Agile and adaptive to change, encouraging team flexibility in adjusting processes, methodologies, or goals.
