As Head of Marketing, you will build our customer acquisition engine from the ground up. Your primary responsibility is generating qualified leads that convert into paying customers at a predictable cost. This role encompasses content marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, partnerships, and community building. You will establish the processes, channels, and metrics that drive sustainable growth.
You will be responsible for developing our content marketing strategy and execution, building our presence in search results for key terms, managing paid acquisition campaigns, creating lead generation systems and nurture sequences, establishing partnership marketing programs, and optimizing our conversion funnel at every stage. Success will be measured by cost per qualified lead, lead volume, and conversion rates.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with five or more years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a proven track record of generating qualified leads. You should have expertise in content marketing and SEO, experience managing paid acquisition campaigns on Google and LinkedIn, and a data-driven approach to marketing with strong analytical skills. Excellent writing and communication skills are essential, as is proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Early-stage startup marketing experience, experience marketing to SMEs in the UK or Europe, technical product marketing background, partnership marketing experience, or capabilities in video and content production would be particularly valuable. We need someone who can build scalable acquisition channels from nothing.
