Key Responsibilities
Frameworks & Methodology
Define and implement advanced measurement frameworks combining econometrics (MMM), incrementality testing, attribution modelling and geo-testing to quantify total marketing impact.
Develop and own the Connective3 Brand Performance Methodology -- integrating brand lift studies, sentiment analysis and awareness tracking alongside performance metrics like LTV, CAC and ROAS.
Build the infrastructure, processes and reporting systems that make this measurable and repeatable across clients.
Commercial Storytelling & Client Value
Translate complex measurement outputs into compelling client narratives that demonstrate how brand and performance drive business growth together.
Create robust frameworks and visual methodologies to support pitch work, case studies and client reporting, positioning Connective3 as leaders in evidence-based marketing.
Evolve our measurement methodology into a proprietary differentiator -- intellectual property that defines our market position.
Cross-Team Enablement & Education
Work closely with channel leads to help them interpret results through a brand-performance lens.
Partner with the Client Strategy team to connect marketing performance with business KPIs.
Embed brand-performance thinking across the agency through training, process integration and knowledge sharing.
Operationalisation & Innovation
Define the tools, data sources and workflows that allow for consistent measurement across clients and channels.
Collaborate with the Innovation and Data Science teams to test and adopt new measurement technologies.
Drive continuous improvement of the framework through experimentation, learning loops and emerging methodologies.
Leadership & Influence
Partner with senior leadership to position Connective3 as the best in the industry for brand and performance measurement.
Represent Connective3 externally through thought leadership, panels and client forums where measurement is a competitive advantage.
Experience & Attributes
Proven experience in marketing science, econometrics or brand measurement within an agency, consultancy or brand-side role.
Deep understanding of both brand and performance metrics -- fluent across awareness, consideration, conversion and retention.
Expert in methodologies such as MMM, incrementality, causal impact analysis, and attribution modelling.
Highly analytical, yet able to translate complexity into commercial clarity.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills -- credible with senior stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a bias for action, who can turn frameworks into scalable operational systems.
Passionate about innovation, insight and connecting marketing performance to business growth.
