The position also includes leadership of regional demand planning and product flow strategy via your direct report, the Regional Supply Chain Manager.
The ideal candidate brings strong commercial intuition, regional market experience, and a strategic understanding of how merchandising drives performance across physical stores and omnichannel retail environments.

Planning Oversight & Inventory Strategy
Oversee demand forecasting, working closely with the Regional Supply Chain Manager to align product flow with sales targets and store-level needs
Review stock allocation priorities and influence replenishment rules to optimise availability and turnover
Anticipate risks of overstock, underperformance, or missed timing and coordinate responsive actions
Retail & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Retail Operations, BD, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing to ensure merchandising plans are aligned with store performance goals and promotional calendars
Coordinate planning with the Head of Logistics & Distribution to ensure product launches and inventory moves are fully operationalised
Guide country teams and store managers on key product priorities and performance feedback
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead and develop merchandising staff regionally or across local dotted-line structures, setting clear objectives and working rhythms
