Role model and secure Outstanding Quality of Teaching
100% compliance with OFSTED requirements at all times
Ensure our parent partnerships remain strong
Ensure that the nursery remains at 80%+ occupancy with a deep waiting list
Substantively reduce staff turnover to c. 3 staff per annum
Ensure that staffing levels and staffing costs are efficiently structured to avoid use of expensive agency staff
Raise the profile of the nursery through targeted partnerships and publications
