Head of Nursery



Mission



The mission for the Head of Nursery is to ensure that we are delivering on our promise of exceptional care and education for all the children we look after. To work to recruit and retain staff who embody our values and are truly passionate about working with young children. To inspire the team and ensure that they feel fully supported with have clear career development goals, that are reviewed during regular supervisions. To personally demonstrate the highest standards and hold the team accountable. To ensure that we maintain and enhance our reputation as the best nursery in Clapham.

Outcomes



At our next OFSTED inspection our rating raise our rating to be Outstanding Role model and secure Outstanding Quality of Teaching 100% compliance with OFSTED requirements at all times Ensure our parent partnerships remain strong Ensure that the nursery remains at 80%+ occupancy with a deep waiting list Substantively reduce staff turnover to c. 3 staff per annum Ensure that staffing levels and staffing costs are efficiently structured to avoid use of expensive agency staff Raise the profile of the nursery through targeted partnerships and publications

Pay: 45,000.00-47,000.00 per year
