We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, suitably qualified and inspirational Head of Nursery to lead our dedicated team of staff.


This role would suit someone who has experience as a deputy nursery manager, nursery manager, senior nursery practitioner with management experience.


Our Little Griffins, and recently introduced Wild Griffins, are truly inspirational places for our youngest learners to grow and flourish as individuals. We have unrivalled on-site facilities that include an indoor heated swimming pool and a dedicated team of staff who always aim to provide the highest level of care for every child.


West Hill Park is ideally located in the village of Titchfield and close to both Portsmouth and Southampton. West Hill Park is a member of the Prep Schools Trust, which has seven schools across England and provides exciting opportunities for staff development, financial management, and curriculum innovation. West Hill Park School is a non-selective, non-denominational, independent preparatory school based in Titchfield, Hampshire. It has over 200 pupils aged 2-13.



West Hill Park School was established in 1920 by Charles Ransome. Previously family-owned, it became a charitable trust administered by a governing board in 1959. The school is situated in 28 acres of grounds in the historic village of Titchfield, in an 18th-century building. In 2025, West Hill Park joined the Prep Schools Trust, a charitable group of 7 Prep Schools. In September 2025, this group will merge with Radley College to create the Radley Schools Group.

West Hill Park School wants to foster a sense of community in pupils and encourage them to become active citizens in Hampshire and beyond. It hopes to do this by developing their awareness in a happy and safe environment, alongside nurturing the confidence to excel in later life.
