AIRO is hiring its first Head of Operations to help build the engine room of a high-growth startup transforming the air we breathe.

We're backed by leading investors, supported by BESA, and poised to scale into a category-defining technology business. We're now looking for a brilliant Head of Operations to join us at a critical moment: product launch, funding ramp, and partner growth.
The Role
This is not a "maintain what exists" ops role. It's a build, lead, and own opportunity -- the perfect move for a strategic doer who wants to shape systems from the ground up. You'll work directly with our Founder and interface across product, finance, logistics, partners, and sales. You'll turn chaos into clarity, bottlenecks into blueprints, and manual hacks into scalable systems.
What You'll Own
Operations Architecture
Build and manage AIRO's internal operating system (SOPs, Notion, task tracking, reporting)
Own cross-functional alignment and execution -- weekly syncs, blockers, priority focus
Finance & Payments Coordination
Oversee supplier payment workflows, liaising with our bookkeeper
Track and organise invoices, subscriptions, and cost approvals
Partner & Vendor Management
Be the point of contact for installers, delivery partners, and suppliers
Standardise onboarding, SLAs, and performance management
Systems & Tools Implementation
Deploy and maintain systems (e.g., Notion, ClickUp, CRM, Slack automations)
Ensure everyone has what they need to execute smoothly and report effectively
Performance & Reporting
Maintain OKR dashboards, cross-team progress tracking, and weekly summaries
Help prepare board updates, investor reporting, and internal insights
What We're Looking For
4+ years experience in operations, business management, or founder support
Proven record of building internal systems and processes from scratch
Comfortable managing financial flows (payments, invoice tracking, budgets)
Skilled at wrangling chaos into structure, and people into alignment
Sharp communicator with a proactive mindset
Familiarity with Notion, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack, CRM tools
