Your success will come from leading and inspiring passionate pub teams, directly and through their
BDM's to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers and returns for our business enabling
us to develop and grow.

Role Overview: As Head of Operations and as part of the Executive team, you will be
responsible for leading the operational strategy and execution across all 70 pubs. You will.
ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences, drive commercial performance,
and lead a team of area and site-level managers to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives and brand values. Ensuring these strategies are embedded in the business and make an impact
• Team Management: Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing operations team, including area managers and general managers. You will be a champion for talent development ensuring our people have the opportunities to continue to thrive and contribute to our continued success.
• Performance Management: Monitor KPIs across the estate, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction targets are met or exceeded.
• Operational Excellence: Standardise best practices across sites while allowing for local flexibility and innovation.
• Customer Experience: Champion a guest-first culture, ensuring consistently high standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all pubs operate in full compliance with health & safety, licensing, and food hygiene regulations.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Oversee operational budgets, manage costs, and identify opportunities for efficiency and margin improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, HR, finance, and other teams to support business-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• You've got solid experience leading operations in a high-quality hospitality setting, with multi-site experience. Ideally you will have worked with premium brands and places that really value their individual character.
• You will have excellent communications, problem solving and decision making skills.
• You can create and deliver change in the business and bring to life the standards and aspirations for the pubs.
• We are a fast-paced operator, and you thrive in this environment. you are driven by delivering results, driving quality, service, team and financial goals
• You build strong relationships easily, both within our division and with key stakeholders throughout the business.
• You're adaptable and resilient - while remaining positive and focused on what we will achieve.

A degree or equivalent qualification, or relevant and adaptable experience in similar senior
operational roles
