About Us

Steel Door Company is a fast-growing business specialising in high-quality steel doors for residential and commercial customers. We are looking for a Head of Operations to oversee and improve our operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and excellent customer service as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations across supply chain, production, and installation. Manage recruitment, training, and development of the operations team. Oversee supplier relationships, logistics, and inventory. Take responsibility for aftersales customer service. Drive process improvements, KPI tracking, and compliance.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in operations leadership, ideally in construction or manufacturing. Hands-on approach with experience in a fast-paced start-up environment. Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues. Strong commercial awareness and leadership ability. HubSpot CRM experience preferred.
