Overview

We are looking for a full-time Head of Organic Content & Lead Gen to join our fully remote team.

Mission

Generate high-quality leads through organic content marketing across all of our founder's social media profiles and email.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute on organic content strategy to generate leads & calls
Primary:
-LinkedIn, Instagram, Email List

Secondary:
-YouTube,
-Podcast
-Threads, X

Use Copywriting skills and AI tools to write natural copy
-Laser targeted at our Ideal Customer across all platforms
-Mimicking and enhancing the founder's tone and voice.

Ideate & build "mind blowing value" - lead magnets, with the help of coaching team
-Miro Boards, Tables, Processes, Checklists, Systems
-Promote them on LinkedIn and other channels
-Ensure they go viral, and we get a lot of email optins

Repurpose existing content into new formats like videos, carousels, or emails Manage publishing cadence across all channels Ensure tracking and reporting of content performance and KPI Continuously refine and improve content based on performance data (engagement, opt-ins, CTRs) Revisions and Quality Control of all types of content Create and comment on other LinkedIn Posts of the Dream 100 list Ensure opt-in workflows are functioning across channels and tracked in CRM Manage the video editor, designer, or marketing assistant as needed for visual content Development of platforms, algorithm, best practice of influencers with same target audience

This Will Be For You

You are

an experienced creative strategist

with a proven track record of building and scaling Organic Content & Lead Gen systems that consistently drive inbound leads. -> ideally for high ticket consulting personal brands You understand the

high-ticket B2B consulting & personal brand space

Have minimum 40 hours of weekly availability -> Full Time Speak fluent English Are detail-oriented and driven Constantly want to learn and improve Are looking for a LONG-TERM position in a company instead of jumping from one idea or business to the next
