As the Head of PCC Marketing, you'll lead a team of 10+ across Product Marketing, Community & Social Media (CSM), Creative and Influencer & Media (I&M) as you launch a portfolio of more than 10 premium Indie tiles across multiple platforms. You'll also work in close collaboration with our digital marketing team encompassing UA and Growth for paid social and paid digital campaigns.
Your KPIs will focus on building brand awareness, advocacy, Wish Lists, community and ultimately (most importantly) game sales.
Reporting into the Head of Publisher Operations, you'll be hugely influential in creating, executing, tracking and optimising integrated campaigns across both paid media (paid social, influencers and events) and organic media (community, social, influencers, ambassadors, SEO and rich content).
