About the role - DFYNE Your Career
We're looking for someone who can lead the People and Culture function for DFYNE. This will be part of a wider role, where the Head of People & Culture will be integral to building on the foundations already in place. You'll need to be able to deal with delicate situations and support the welfare of our amazing DFYNE team, along with taking full responsibility for growing and developing the current People team (1 x Recruitment Team Lead, 2 x Recruitment Coordinators, 2 x Generalist, 1 x Health & Safety Officer).
The culture here at DFYNE is something we're incredibly proud of, so you'll need to come in and fully get under the skin of the culture and essence of DFYNE. We want you to bring your knowledge and insight, but the rest, you'll need to re-learn from scratch and adapt to the way we do things. We couldn't be further away from being policy driven if we tried and we try to think outside of traditional "HR" boxes! This brings its challenges, but for the most part they're great challenges. Ultimately, we need to be able to 100% trust that our culture is safe through the way you're dealing with things and that will take a little bit of time.

Besides a work family and a great place to work, you'll have an opportunity to grow with the company, be a part of the journey, and have a vital input into helping continue the crazy growth we've already seen.
