You will provide leadership across planning, performance management, and projects governance, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive delivery, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Planning & Projects team, setting standards for project delivery and operational scheduling.
Oversee all engineering projects and prototype vehicle/battery projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and milestones are met.
Own the single integrated plan that aligns projects milestones, build schedules, manufacturing readiness, and material availability.
Own the material demand process, ensuring timely and accurate purchase requisitions and work orders.
Ensure projects schedules are underpinned by manufacturing and supply chain reality.
Identify and manage delivery risk arising from design maturity, lead times, capacity, or change.
Drive integrated planning across manufacturing, production scheduling, and BoM readiness.
Act as the primary interface between Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, and Purchasing.
Establish clear planning processes, standards, and data discipline within ERP/MRP systems.
Reduce expediting, shortages, and last-minute replanning through improved planning maturity
About You
You will be a confident leader with strong strategic insight and a proven track record of delivering complex projects
Essential Requirements:
Strong experience in project or projects management within automotive, motorsport, aerospace, or technical engineering
Proven experience in production/manufacturing planning and BoM coordination.
Confident user of ERP systems with the ability to drive data quality and best-practice processes.
Excellent communicator with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and leadership to a fast-paced prototype environment.
Desirable:
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, P3O or equivalent)
Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
