You will be responsible for undertaking a deep dive into the current landscape and develop a standardised and integrated approach to property data, technology systems, and digital service delivery. This will include identifying opportunities to rationalise, streamline, and enhance our existing systems, whilst clearly articulating opportunities for future state transformation through the design and delivery of a Digital Roadmap.

You will drive performance through reporting and data analysis, advising the Leadership Team on management decisions through data insights.

You'll work closely with colleagues across ICT, the Digital Campus programme, and Imperial-wide to ensure alignment on accountability for cross-divisional data and systems, rationalising and integrating systems that support asset management, compliance, operations, and performance management. A key part of the role will be ensuring data infrastructure and reporting supports statutory compliance -- especially the Building Safety Act 2022 -- and that digital systems contribute to the accurate measurement of property performance, resilience, and value for money.

You'll lead on designing the digital estate architecture, supporting interoperability between CAFM, BIM, BMS and related systems, and embedding smart and sustainable technology principles in Imperial's evolving operating model.

You'll be joining at a time of exciting change. Our new Centre of Expertise model empowers leaders like you to drive performance, innovation, and collaboration across the Division and imperial. You'll help shape the physical and digital environments that enable discovery, learning, and community -- all while supporting our journey to Net Zero by 2040.
