Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable head of cleaning operations and pre tenancy cleaning to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and growing our pre tenancy cleaning business with a view of progressing the business further to then manage future staff.

This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in domestic properties, including pre and post tenancy cleans. Perform carpet cleaning Ensure all properties are cleaned and signed off to a high standard Dispose of waste and recycling materials appropriately. Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly. Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and requirements.

Skills

Proficient in English with strong communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues effectively. Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Ability to drive is essential for travel between locations Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in cleaning tasks. A clean driving license is essential for this role, and own vehicle is preferred however the future option of a company van is something that can be discussed or negotiated.
