You'll lead the vision, design, and delivery of a world-class loyalty experience - seamlessly integrated across all channels, products, and markets. With a seat at the commercial leadership table, you'll translate insight into action, strategy into growth, and loyalty into a measurable competitive advantage.

What you will be doing:



Own the Group-wide Premier Customer strategy, defining how we engage, retain, and grow our most valuable customer segment Hold direct accountability for the Premier Customer P&L, driving performance against key value drivers including revenue growth, retention, and cost efficiency Lead the end-to-end Premier Customer operation, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational performance across all touchpoints. Design and deliver a best-in-class customer journey, balancing personalisation, consistency, and compliance. Oversee the global events and experiences strategy for Premier Customers, ensuring programs strengthen loyalty, advocacy, and long-term value. Plan and deliver high-impact VIP events, experiences, and partnerships, aligning with brand and commercial goals. Partner with Managing Directors and Commercial leadership in each market to embed loyalty customer into growth strategies. Lead and develop a high-performing team that delivers with passion, precision, and innovation.

Who we are looking for:

Have a Master's or MBA in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Data/Analytics preferred, with training in Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, or Commercial Strategy an advantage. Have proven senior leadership experience within gambling, fintech, digital entertainment, or another highly regulated, data-led consumer sector. Have demonstrated track record in customer strategy, loyalty, or VIP/relationship management, with strong exposure to customer journey design and value optimisation Have excellent grasp of data, analytics, and performance metrics, using insight to guide decisions and prioritisation.
