Role Overview
The Head of Pricing will lead the global pricing strategy for Benifex, ensuring alignment between product value, customer segments, and revenue optimization. This role is instrumental in shaping the company's commercial success by setting pricing structures, developing monetization strategies, and driving cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. As part of a broader HR, Payroll, and Benefits group, this role ensures local execution aligns with global pricing governance and group best practices.
Responsibilities
Own the development of coordinated and consistent value-based pricing strategy and pricing framework for Benifex.
Work cross-functionally to understand, articulate, and quantify the customer value case for new product features / functionality.
Develop a data-rich model with Marketing, Product Management and Sales to enable strong analysis of customers buying behaviour and commercial strategy.
Analyse deals won / lost and propose adjusted pricing strategies to improve conversion rates.
Support sales to build the customer P&L and commercial proposal for large complex deals; support their presentation to internal Exec and the customer
Proactively assist the Sales team in telling the story by providing effective data visualisation
Guide the Executive team through the decision-making process.
Lead and contribute to tactical initiatives that generate Benifex Revenue/EBITDA growth
What are we looking for?
Experience required:
Proven commercial experience in
owning, creating and improving pricing strategy
Proven experience in pricing for a
B2B SaaS or recurring revenue business
Deep understanding of
software pricing levers
including user-based, usage-based, tiered, and value-based pricing
Advanced user of
Excel and Power BI.
Proven skills in using data to drive decisions, familiar with a variety of modelling and analysis techniques and tools.
Experience working with or
influencing Executive Leadership,
Product, and Sales teams
Knowledge of creating and owning
global pricing strategies

Demonstrable success in
transforming pricing practices
in fast-paced, high-growth businesses (desirable)
