Head of Private Client Solicitor - Central London (5+ PQE)
A highly regarded Central London firm is seeking a Senior
Private Client Solicitor
to head up its established department. This is a senior appointment offering the opportunity to lead a strong team, manage a high-quality caseload, and play a key role in the strategic direction of the practice.
The Role
Lead and develop the Private Client department, overseeing a varied and often complex caseload.
Advise on wills, trusts, estate administration, succession and tax planning, frequently for high-net-worth and international clients.
Provide supervision and support to junior fee-earners, fostering professional development within the team.
Build and maintain longstanding client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service.
Take an active role in business development and the wider management of the firm, with a view to future partnership.
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of
5 years' PQE
in private client law.
Strong technical expertise across wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning.
Demonstrable leadership or supervisory experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire confidence in clients and colleagues alike.
Commercially astute, proactive, and ambitious.
