Role Description:

Head of Privileged Access Management will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of HSBC\'s privileged access management program across all environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive privileged access management program for the company, including policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the proper use and control of privileged accounts.
  • Lead the implementation of the privileged access management solution, including integration with the HSBC\'s identity and access management platform.
  • Manage a team of privileged access management professionals and serve as a subject matter expert on privileged access management.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies and controls for privileged access management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Technology leaders, business managers, and auditors, to ensure alignment and compliance with policies and standards.
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of industry standards and best practices for privileged access management.
Qualifications - External

Essential Skillset/Experience:
  • Experience in information security, with a focus on identity and access management and privileged access management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of privileged access management solutions, including password vaulting, session management, and multi-factor authentication.
  • Experience with developing and implementing privileged access management policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of privileged access management professionals.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
The role will be based in London but some travel may be required. This role supports Hybrid working
