Klipboard provides specialist software, services and support to deliver fully integrated trading and business management solutions to companies in the distributive trade - wherever they are in the world. With a unique depth of knowledge and experience in ERP/SaaS solutions, Klipboard has a wide range of clients includes wholesalers, distributors, merchants and retailers from small traders to multinational enterprises. Klipboard has offices in the UK, Ireland, The Netherlands, South Africa, Kenya and North America. Our mission is simple: to design and deliver high performance, integrated ERP solutions that enable our distributive trade customers to source effectively, stock efficiently, sell profitably and service competitively

As mobile working becomes the norm in these sectors, we've built a suite of apps - eReceipt, eStockCheck, ePick, ePOD, and more - to support key operational workflows on the move. These apps are mission-critical for users in the field, and we're committed to continually enhancing their performance, usability, and integration.

We're hiring a

Head of Mobile Apps (Product Management)

to lead the strategy, development, and optimisation of Klipboard's mobile app portfolio. This is a strategic and hands-on role, focused on managing an existing suite of live applications and driving their evolution to meet the complex demands of our customers.

You'll own the mobile roadmap across iOS and Android - working across product discovery, UX design, platform architecture, and delivery. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, architecture QA, UX, and commercial stakeholders to ensure our apps are high-performing, intuitive, and deeply integrated with our ERP and cloud platforms.

This role requires deep product experience in mobile application development - ideally with

.NET MAUI

or similar frameworks - and a strong understanding of how to build and maintain apps used daily by operational teams in logistics, distribution, and service industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership

Own the mobile product vision, strategy, and roadmap across all Klipboard mobile apps. Lead product discovery and backlog prioritisation based on user needs, platform evolution, and commercial impact. Define use cases, success metrics, and core product requirements aligned with field-based workflows.

Platform & Delivery Leadership

Collaborate with engineering on architectural choices, tooling, and mobile framework strategy (preferably .NET MAUI). Oversee the full product lifecycle--from concept and MVP through to iteration, support, and sunsetting where needed. Ensure robust integration with ERP back-end systems and cloud services through APIs and middleware.

User Experience & Performance

Partner with UX to deliver intuitive, consistent mobile experiences across the full app suite. Monitor key metrics--crash rate, responsiveness, adoption, NPS--and use them to drive continuous improvement. Own release cadence and app store presence for iOS and Android, in partnership with QA and engineering.

Collaboration & Communication

Serve as the single point of accountability for Klipboard's mobile product direction and outcomes. Align internal stakeholders--across engineering, QA, customer success, and commercial functions. Champion user insight, analytics, and testing as inputs to product decisions and roadmap iteration.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

5+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on mobile application development. Proven track record managing a live suite of mobile apps--ideally in a SaaS, ERP, or B2B software environment. Experience with cross-platform mobile frameworks, ideally .NET MAUI (or Xamarin, Flutter, React Native). Strong understanding of mobile UX, offline-first design, secure authentication, and app store distribution. Technically confident--able to engage on architecture, APIs, CI/CD for mobile, and platform constraints. Familiarity with mobile analytics, performance tuning, and field-user testing methodologies. Experience working with compliance frameworks such as GDPR or ISO 27001 is desirable.
