Job Description

The Head of Product Marketing will take ownership for the product portfolio and strategy working across a portfolio market leading brands.
You will be responsible for:

  • Driving product marketing strategies to drive growth and market share
  • Identifying growth and innovation opportunities
  • Leading product launches through the stage gate process
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Managing the lifecycle of products, from inception to launch and beyond
  • Developing customer sell in plans
  • Creating and defining the 3 year roadmap with cross functional teams
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of market and competitor landscape

The successful candidate should have:
  • Proven experience in product and portfolio strategy within an FMCG/Consumer environment
  • The ability to balance the day to day with long term vision
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Demonstrable experience in guiding products through the stage gate process from concept to launch
  • A keen understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.

A salary of up to 90,000 + package + benefits is on offer for the successful candidate.
