Main Purpose of the Role:

Lead project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client and business goals. Develop and mentor a high-performing team of Project Managers. Collaborate with senior management on project planning and resource allocation. Oversee project budgeting, costing, and monthly forecasting to drive profitability. Foster strong client relationships and secure new business opportunities. Ensure project compliance with health & safety, RAMS, and regulatory requirements. Champion continuous improvement and innovation within project operations
