The Role

We're looking for a

Head of Property Management & Operations

to lead our group operations and property portfolio. Reporting directly to the Board, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, manage residential and commercial assets, and drive efficiency across the business. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape processes, develop teams, and ensure we deliver excellence across everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee management of residential & commercial properties Maintain tenant relationships and resolve issues promptly Manage budgets, rent collections & financial reporting Coordinate property maintenance & inspections Streamline operations and improve processes across departments Support strategic planning & business growth initiatives Recruit, mentor, and lead operational teams Ensure compliance, quality, and risk management standards

About You

3+ years in property management (Greater London experience preferred) Strong knowledge of property regulations & best practices Excellent leadership, organisational & communication skills Proactive, motivated, and able to build strong relationships Confident using property management software & MS Office

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
