Lead and inspire an inside?sales function (~30 heads) dedicated to generating new opportunities for the Front Offices, optimise inbound lead conversions as well as identifying new opportunities within our existing contact base.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, coach and develop Team Leaders and Associate Directors.
Train the whole department on the skills and knowledge to be successful.
Focus the team to deliver a continuous flow of qualified meetings / leads for Front Office teams.
Partner with Front Office to maximise conversion and close rates.
Reactivate and nurture lapsed client relationships.
Own team culture, engagement and performance standards.
Identify and implement process improvements that lift conversion and speed?to?revenue.
Collaborate cross?functionally (Marketing, Rev Ops, Branch Directors).
Recruit and onboard new starters.
Conduct performance management or disciplinary meetings or all team members.
Earnings tied to team performance on MAs / opportunities generated for front offices.
Accelerators based on quota attainment (target achieved) of individuals in the department.
