Reporting to the Managing Director, this role delivers our product and promotional strategy across residential and B2B channels. In market competitor analysis, real time customer and sales feedback and analysis of previous price / promotional campaigns is used to set new customer price and promotions, adjusted dynamically to respond to hyper local market conditions. The role is also responsible for in life and re-contracting strategy, preparing offers designed to grow ARPU above plan. Success is measured by ARPU (acquisition, in life and re-contracting), churn and sales rate - the role is ultimately responsible for ensuring the Highland Broadband proposition remains attractive to new and existing customers while delivering against company sales and profit targets.



Manage annual gross discounted pricing strategy for residential and business customers Manage promotional and tactical pricing strategy to win new customers Ensure real-time knowledge of competitor pricing and propositions across our network Adapt strategy to hyper-local market variances and against different build stages Develop and implement in life offers to encourage a) ARPU growth and b) early re-contracting Develop re-contracting offers, ensuring churn remains below 5% Co-ordinate understanding of feedback from sales, service and community teams Conduct market research, ensuring our propositions meet the needs of our target audience Communicate campaigns internally and to relevant stakeholders (e.g outsource telesales) ensuring everyone has the info and assets needed to execute


To succeed in this role, you will need to be a commercially driven analytical thinker with a strong customer focus. Ideally educated to degree level in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Marketing,Data/Analytics, or similar with demonstrable relevant commercial experience/certifications (pricing strategy, product management, market analysis).

Essential Experience



Experience in a pricing, proposition, commercial, or product role within telecoms, broadband, mobile, or a closely related subscription service industry. Strong commercial and financial modelling skills, including experience building business cases and analysing margin, ARPU and customer lifetime value. Proven ability to design and optimise pricing and promotions within a competitive consumer market. Track record of using sales data and consumer insights to drive commercial decision-making.

Strong proficiency in Excel for modelling and analysis. Highly numerate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to turn data into insight and actionable recommendations. Strong understanding of customer needs and how to craft compelling value propositions Collaborative mindset with ability to work across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Operations. Customer-obsessed with a passion for delivering value and competitive advantage. Resilient, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity in a growing alt-net landscape Curious, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
