As Head of Recruitment Marketing, you will take the lead in defining, distilling and projecting the University\'s distinctiveness to a range of recruitment audiences and stakeholders, tailoring messaging to be relevant and compelling to individual markets.

Effectively communicating and working with colleagues across the University and leading a range of professional marketing teams you will provide overall leadership, marketing direction and support to ensure that student recruitment targets are met.

About You

As Head of Recruitment Marketing, you will be a highly experienced marketer, expert at delivering tailored messaging to a range of audiences and markets. You will be passionate about the importance of excellent marketing communications and have a compelling vision for how the University\'s online presence can be further developed to support brand, market development and student recruitment. You will be confident in using data and insight to target and evaluate activity and when you need to use evidence to persuade colleagues to try something new, you\'ll be adept at explaining the why and how, and you\'ll do it convincingly.
