We are looking for an experienced and influential Head of Regional Growth to join our commercial team and play a pivotal role in shaping Fedcap's future growth.
This is a strategic, outward-facing role with national reach and strong regional focus across the South of England. You will lead the identification, development, and conversion of complex growth opportunities across a devolved commissioning landscape, ensuring all activity aligns with Fedcap's mission and long-term strategy.
Working closely with internal leaders and a wide range of external stakeholders--including commissioners, funders, corporate partners, and public sector bodies--you will position Fedcap as a trusted partner and thought leader, creating sustainable opportunities that deliver real social and economic impact.

What You'll Be Doing
Driving high-value, complex growth opportunities across regions, aligned to national and organisational priorities
Acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, shaping regional and national growth strategies
Building, influencing, and sustaining senior stakeholder relationships across employability, health, education, justice, and economic development
Leading national stakeholder engagement and positioning Fedcap as a partner of choice
Expanding and evolving the Fedcap WeConnect Community, strengthening partnership models and governance
Identifying new markets and opportunities through data, insight, and intelligence
Owning and delivering a strong pipeline of revenue-generating opportunities, working closely with bids, commercial teams, and subject matter experts

What We're Looking for:
Essential
Strong alignment with Fedcap's values: Kindness, Respect, Integrity, and Innovation
Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or strategic growth
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Knowledge of local and national policy agendas relating to employability, health, education, welfare, justice, veterans, or economic development
Experience writing and presenting proposals to a range of audiences
Ability to travel extensively across the UK
Desirable
Experience of leading or contributing to successful government or regional tender bids
Familiarity with CRM and planning systems such as Salesforce or Monday.com
