Head of Residential Sales - York

Are you a highly regarded Property professional, with extensive experience of leading a successful team. My client is looking for a Head of Residential Sales, based in York with a proven track record, as the business are keen to significantly expand their residential sales offering in York and the surrounding areas. This is a rare opportunity as the role offers the potential to advance further within the partnership within this already well-established and respected business. The ability to build strong and long lasting relationships is imperative for this role.

The main duties of the Head of Residential Sales Role:

Provide leadership and direction to the residential sales department and build strong relationships within the area.

Develop new business and handle own portfolio of clients to achieve or exceed agreed targets (working in conjunction with other offices on joint instructions as required).

Consistently deliver a high level of service to maintain the reputation of this premium property consultancy.

Consistently maintain a high standard of record keeping and communications to ensure accuracy in file management, communications and compliance.

Update records and maximise the use of databases such as Reapit to ensure all applicant details are up to date and to source potential sale instructions.

Actively identify and develop new marketing and business development opportunities.

Be a positive influence leading the team helping to maintain a mutually supportive and team orientated environment.

The ability to maximise on cross-selling opportunities within the firm. Understanding the functions of and communicating effectively with other departments.

Basic salary: Dependant on experience
OTE: \xc2\xa3100,000
