Head Of Revenue Data & Analytics

Job Description

Purpose:



Reporting to the Group Director of Revenue & Distribution, this role is responsible for creating value from data and analytics tools in order to drive revenue performance across properties through an analytics centre of excellence. The role will manage, maintain, and continuously improve the revenue data engine and architecture, provide regular and in-depth analysis of performance, and create and maintain a suite of revenue reports.

Key Responsibilities




Drive Revenue Performance




Provide ad hoc analysis to support the business. Develop new performance KPIs to identify optimisation opportunities beyond basic metrics. Leverage data to enable a test-and-learn culture, establishing clear hypotheses, assumptions, and success measures before implementation, followed by post-implementation monitoring and corrective actions. Apply statistical techniques to identify correlations and spot new trends that represent revenue opportunities. Lead the annual revenue budget process. Maintain a robust process for annual initiatives, including sizing, monitoring, and mitigation actions if results deviate. Deliver various strategic ad hoc data projects, such as segmentation changes.

Develop & Continuously Improve Data & Analytics Tools




Create and lead the analytics tool commercial roadmap, identifying major changes needed and steps to achieve them. Build and continuously improve a suite of revenue reports and dashboards. Monitor new technologies and tools in the market that could create value for Edyn. Participate in all group-wide projects relating to revenue data architecture and capabilities.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications




Comfortable working in a high-paced, driven environment; agile and adaptable. Ability to convey complex data into clear, digestible insights for all levels of the business. Independent self-starter with a passion for numbers, new tools, and achieving challenging targets. Fluent English with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience




Strong background in data/analytics (3-5 years). Experience working with senior stakeholders under time constraints. Outstanding Excel skills; strong knowledge of programming (SQL, R, Python) is a plus. Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). * Background in the global travel and accommodation market is an advantage.
