As the most senior reward specialist, you will define and drive the reward strategy, bringing expertise and vision across compensation, benefits and global harmonisation.
Your responsibilities day to day will be...
Lead the design and execution of a global reward strategy aligned with business objectives and people priorities.
Develop and oversee global frameworks for pay, bonuses and benefits that are competitive, equitable and compliant.
Leverage data insights and predictive modelling to inform executive decision-making on compensation and benefits across markets.
Drive a group-wide harmonisation project to streamline reward policies and practices across all regions and business units.
Partner with the C-suite and senior leadership teams to advise on strategic reward matters, including executive pay and incentive schemes.
Build scalable reward processes and tools, driving automation and efficiency across reporting, benchmarking and annual cycles (e.g. salary reviews, bonus planning)
Oversee design, benchmarking and management of global benefits offerings, evaluating suppliers and identifying opportunities for innovation.
Ensure policies are current with legislation and market trends and manage risk through effective controls and governance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in leading a reward function across multiple countries, ideally in a growth-focused or transformational environment.
Expertise in both compensation and benefits, with experience designing frameworks and strategies for global organisations.
Deep analytical capability, including advanced Excel and tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Ability to influence and communicate complex reward principles at Board and Exec level.
Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to align reward design to broader business priorities.
Knowledge of reward platforms and digital HR tools is an advantage.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to coach and mentor.
