This role could be based in any of our office locations with time spent working in the office and at home - Edinburgh, Wythall, London, Telford, Bristol. The successful candidate they will need to be prepared to travel to attend meetings with the wider partnering team and the business

Salary and benefits
: 85,200 - 105,000 with an indicative bonus range of 30-60%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.

The role
We are seeking a strategic and influential Head of Reward Partnering to lead the development and implementation of our Reward strategy across our Business Functions. This pivotal role ensures alignment with corporate goals and supports the delivery of business transformation through expert reward partnering. In this role you will need to:
Shape and implement reward strategy in collaboration with HR and business leaders to support organisational goals.
Provide expert guidance on complex change programmes, including M&A and TUPE.
Design and embed reward policies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across the business.
Lead and develop a team of Reward Partners to deliver a high-impact, customer-focused service.
Leverage data and insights to inform strategic decisions and measure the effectiveness of reward initiatives.
Champion collaboration and culture, promoting inclusion, leadership, and a positive employee experience.
What are we looking for?
Strategic thinking and commercial acumen evidenced by your delivery of innovative reward solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with impact and influence up to and including at Exco level.
Proven leadership and people management experience.
Expertise in change management and consultancy, with experience supporting M&A and TUPE transfers preferable..
Strong understanding of reward frameworks and regulatory environments.
