We will help you unlock the best version of yourself, achieve growth in your career whilst making a real difference to people and communities.We are seeking an experienced Head of Reward be be responsible for the Reward strategy, managing and optimising Civicaxe2x80x99s benefits and reward programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and effectively support the company's goals.This role will also play a critical role in supporting the improvement of the People Operations function through best practice implementation.

  • Reward Programs: Administer and optimise reward and recognition programs, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives and effectively motivate and engage employees
  • Job architecture: Lead the rollout of the job architecture including mapping, levelling and educating the business.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external benefits providers and vendors to manage contracts including renewals, resolve issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to employees.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of global operations.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all employee benefits programs including claims management ensuring appropriate controls are in place to deliver excellent levels of service to employees.
  • Compliance: Ensure all benefits and reward programs comply with relevant laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Employee Communication: Develop and deliver clear, concise, and engaging communications about benefits and reward programs to employees. Provide support and guidance to employees regarding their benefits and reward options.
  • Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of benefits and reward program participation and costs. Analyze data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and provide insights to senior management.
  • Annual Enrolment: Coordinate and manage the annual benefits enrolment process, including developing communication materials, conducting informational sessions, and assisting employees with their selections
Requirements
  • Passionate about enhancing employee experience through effective benefits and reward programs.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration and reward program best practices.
  • Proven experience in managing benefits and reward programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex information to employees.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
