As we expand, we're seeking an ambitious, results-driven Head of Sales to lead our Affiliate Sales division.


The Role


As Head of Sales (Affiliate Focus), you'll spearhead our affiliate sales strategy, overseeing a high-performing team of Affiliate Managers. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, forging strategic partnerships, and ensuring our affiliate network remains best-in-class. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the CCO, with significant influence on our commercial direction.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the affiliate sales strategy to exceed revenue and growth targets. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Affiliate Managers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with key affiliates, networks, and strategic partners. Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, analyse campaign performance, and optimize processes to maximise ROI. Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader business objectives. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the affiliate space. Reporting: Deliver regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership.

About You

Proven track record in senior affiliate sales roles, ideally within [your industry]. Demonstrable experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams. Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, networks, and digital sales strategies. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
