The Opportunity



We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Sales and Partnerships to lead the strategic growth of our PBSA portfolio. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and brand visibility across domestic and international markets through innovative sales strategies and strong partnership development.

As the face of our sales team, you will play a key role in shaping the sales strategy, managing key stakeholder relationships - including university partners, agents and corporate affiliates - and identifying new opportunities for growth in an increasingly competitive market.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader with deep knowledge of the student accommodation sector and a passion for building lasting, high value relationships that deliver real impact.

Hours - 40 Hours per week, 9am to 6pm

Salary - 60-65,000

Holidays - 30 paid holidays (including bank holiday days)

Location - Semi-remote / West London will be relocating to Waterloo later in the year

Responsibilities



Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets for all assets Setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPI's), analysing sales data, and reporting on performance to senior management Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training and performance management Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations and finance) and external stakeholders Oversee sales metrics and report on key accounts and stakeholders Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment Conducting regular market analysis to identify trends, understand customer behaviour, and inform pricing and positioning strategies Overseeing the use of CRM systems, ensuring data quality, and optimising lead allocation Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process and beyond

Key Skills and Qualifications



Success in leading and managing sales teams, preferably within the PBSA or related sectors In depth knowledge of sales processes, techniques and best practices Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and motivate teams Ability to analyse data, identify trends and develop solutions Experience with CRM and PMS systems, such as Hubspot or similar platforms Understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the PBSA market A strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
