Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives and enhance our market presence. This pivotal role involves developing strategic partnerships, driving sales strategies, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, with a proven track record of success in identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships. Telecom industry or data centre experience is required.

4 days at the office 1 day working from home. After probation period it will change to 3 days at the office and 2 from home.

Hours - 9:00am to 5:00 (1h break)

Duties



Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth. Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Lead negotiations and close deals that align with the company's strategic vision.

Experience



Please only apply if you have telecom or data centre background.

Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably within a related industry. Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a focus on relationship building. Excellent communication, perfect English language in speaking and writing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, you will be reporting to the CEO and Operations manager, but you will be required to work independently. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
