Partnering with the CEO to create bandwidth for geographic and product expansion
Contributing to broader leadership decisions across the business
Requirements
This role will suit you if you...
Have 5-8 years' experience in B2B sales or customer success
Have natural leadership skills
Have a player-coach mentality - happy to roll up your sleeves when needed
Can coach teams through complex sales cycles, ensuring consistent performance
Experience in building systematic approaches to account-based growth
Bring high energy, fast thinking, and a bias for action
