What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and inspire a team of 3 BDM's to drive sales across Further Education and Independent Training Providers
Own and deliver team-wide revenue targets - this is a hands-on player/coach role
Build and nurture high-value relationships with tech vendors and resellers
Use your knowledge of the FE sector (think Apprenticeship levy, ILR, ALS, funding) to tailor strategic sales campaigns
Balance partner strategy, sales execution, and team performance - all within a fast-moving scale-up environment
Who You'll Be Selling To:
Senior stakeholders at colleges and training providers - think FDs, MDs, VPs, APs, and Directors of Apprenticeships
A market of 2,500+ potential clients across the UK
What You'll Need:
Proven B2B sales experience (EdTech or you might be in sales in vocational education at the moment & want a sector change!)
Confidence and credibility with the post-16 education audience - you gethow colleges and training providers think
Experience leading sales teams
Strong commercial instincts and a strategic mindset
The Offer:
60K base + OTE
Hybrid role: 2 days a week in Leeds (Mondays & Wednesdays)
