We're now stocked in Waitrose, Boots, Holland & Barrett, and across 35+ countries worldwide. Fresh off winning the King's Award for Enterprise: International Trade 2025, we're looking for a brilliant Head of Sales to open even more doors - literally and figuratively.

Our family-run Hampshire factory is where the magic happens, and we've collected over 60 awards along the way - including that shiny new King's Award we're rather chuffed about.
The Role
We're looking for a proven new business opener, with excellent track record in sales, who gets genuinely excited about taking brilliant products to new places. You'll be our new business champion, the person who turns "never heard of you" into "where do we sign?"
What You'll Be Doing
The Prospecting Pro (Your Daily Grind)
Hunt down and charm new retail accounts across the UK and export markets (50/50 split, because variety is the spice of life)
Master the art of the cold call, LinkedIn message, and trade show networking
Build a pipeline so healthy it could run a marathon
The Meeting Maestro (Your Stage Time)
Book face-to-face meetings that actually happen (surprisingly tricky!)
Pitch our range like the natural deodorant evangelist you'll become
Navigate pricing negotiations without breaking a sweat
The Deal Closer (Your Victory Lap)
Tenaciously move at pace from "hello" to "here's your first order"
Hand over smoothly to our Relationship Manager for the ongoing love and care
Celebrate wins, learn from the "not-yet's," and crack on with the next opportunity
