Porsche Centre Leeds is not only one of the most successful and profitable Porsche sites in the UK, but also one of the largest and most prestigious in Europe. As we enter an exciting new era of growth and investment, we are seeking an exceptional Head of Sales to lead our flagship Centre into its next chapter.
The Role
As Head of Sales, you'll work closely with the Head of Business to uphold Porsche's exceptional standards, deliver strategic objectives, and drive performance across our new and used car operations.
This role offers the chance to shape the future of Porsche Centre Leeds during a transformative period, with significant investment and redevelopment already underway.
About You
You'll bring proven leadership experience and a passion for excellence, with the capability to deliver the following key responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to deliver exceptional performance, behaviours, and customer experiences.
Assist in designing and implementing the customer and colleague journey, ensuring fairness, equity, and a premium experience throughout.
Analyse monthly sales management accounts, highlighting areas of concern or opportunity to the Head of Business.
Ensure a full understanding of all monthly, quarterly, and annual brand requirements, implementing robust plans to achieve all targets and support objectives.
Drive new and used car volumes and profitability across the market area.
Monitor sales enquiries and departmental activity daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure effective marketing activity and early identification of any shortfalls.
Develop and implement efficient sales processes to optimise the transaction and delivery of new and used vehicles.
Conduct monthly reviews to ensure used vehicle stock is accurately merchandised across all platforms.
Produce clear, consistent, and insightful reporting on all aspects of divisional sales performance.
