About the Role

You will work closely with senior faculty leadership to align the School's vision with institutional priorities, including widening participation, digital transformation, and regional engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership across the School of Education
Lead and support academic staff in delivering high-quality teaching and impactful research
Strengthen partnerships with schools, educational organisations, and civic bodies
Promote a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and professional development
Contribute to faculty-wide initiatives and cross-disciplinary collaboration
About You

A strong academic profile in ITE and related education fields
Proven experience in academic leadership and team development
A track record of research, innovation, and external engagement
Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and strategic insight
