SEO is a critical acquisition channel for us, and we're looking for a Head of SEO to take it to the next level. This is a unique opportunity to own and scale a high-impact SEO program in a category that's highly competitive, technically complex, and full of opportunity.Here's what you'll be doing as Head of SEO:

  • Reporting to CGO and leading the Organic squad to drive growth .
  • Own and lead our end-to-end SEO strategy-from the commercial aspect to the technical audits, site architecture to content and on-page optimisation.
  • Responsible for technical SEO, Web Core Vitals optimisation, and building out a scalable content strategy to drive traffic, conversions, and long-term customer value.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, content, and analytics to ensure our platform ranks across a wide array of competitive financial topics, products, and services as well as ensure technical SEO is embedded into product development and site infrastructure.
  • Build and develop the content strategy with careful consideration and tracking of the content types relevant to our industry.
  • Execution of a content strategy across multiple platforms and customer touch points to help SEO and their integration within our channel mix (leveraging reviews and CGC).
  • Manage large-scale SEO implementations, optimizing performance across tens of thousands of pages (product pages, landing pages, knowledge base, etc.).
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to monitor site health, indexation, crawl budget, and structured data using best-in-class SEO tools.
  • Conduct detailed keyword, competitor, and market analysis to uncover strategic growth opportunities.
  • Own reporting and KPIs across SEO performance, traffic quality, conversion impact, and revenue attribution.
  • Balance growth with regulatory and compliance requirements in a highly regulated industry.
Here's what we'd love from our new Head of SEO:
  • 7+ years of SEO experience, with at least 3-4 years in a B2C fintech or similarly regulated industry (e.g., insurance, banking, investing, crypto).
  • Demonstrated experience managing SEO for large-scale websites (100K+ URLs) and performance-driven content.
  • Deep knowledge of technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, rendering, site speed, structured data, and canonical strategies.
  • Hands-on experience improving Web Core Vitals and user-first performance metrics.
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen-you understand how SEO drives bottom-line business results.
  • Background in affiliate or marketplace models within the financial space.
  • Expert in Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMRush, Looker/BigQuery, and other SEO analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js) and their SEO considerations.
