Up to 106,000 (depending on experience) + bonus and benefits

This is your opportunity to lead from the front. You'll be responsible for setting the strategic direction of our software engineering capability, ensuring we deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that power every part of our business. You'll work closely with Principal Engineers, product owners, architects, and delivery leads to embed engineering excellence across all value streams. And you'll be the driving force behind our Engineering Governance Framework--ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation are at the core of everything we build.


We're looking for a leader who's as passionate about people as they are about technology. You'll bring deep experience in software engineering, a strong grasp of modern development practices, and a proven track record of delivering complex systems at scale. You'll know how to inspire and grow high-performing teams, mentor Principal Engineers, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. You'll also be a strategic thinker--someone who can bridge the gap between business priorities and technical delivery, and who thrives on turning vision into action.
