We are seeking a student centred, passionate and enthusiastic person to lead our newly formed Student Success and Support department. You will lead teams of expert practitioners support student advice, disability, mental health and wellbeing and academic skills development. You will ensure all colleagues work in a collaborative, student-centred way to unpick and resolve complex and multi-issue challenges with students and colleagues across the university, ensuring students are informed and empowered to make the right decisions for themselves, always focussing on maximising student success and wellbeing. Your leadership will contribute to a university-wide culture of support, accessibility, and equity, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to thrive at university and beyond.
